The Republican Cause and Link to Article about Campaign

I have been listening to everyone that I see and everyone that I am around at different functions. I hear that this is the great awakening of conservatives. While I believe that, it only seems to be the Slight awakening. Don't hate me yet. I will explain. What I hear when we are all together is very positive. It is what I hear with individuals that bothers me.

Tuesday night I had the opportunity to converse with several people who live in my same house district. I had one gentleman who said he is a staunch conservative, and wishes he could get the message out to all his neighbors. He asked me how he could do that. I said it was simple. "Invite them to your house to meet me, and I will tell them." This was beyond his comfort level. He didn't seem to be bothered with stating his views. His concern was really with not wanting to alienate anyone because of his delivery. My heart sank. Not because of this one person, who I might add, is very concerned with the state of our State and Country. He is a patriot in the truest form. This was the same sentiment that I had heard from many over the past months.

There is a deeper problem. I too feel that way when I am not among like thinkers. The difference is I have begun to look at our message of "we have a constitution for a reason" and "the government is not my babysitter", as more of deep concern for the direction of the country for everyone, not just conservatives. It is imperative that I tell everyone that I can. This is because I have realized that not everyone has access to all the information. I am not presenting a view of a situation; I am simply stating that we need to present the truth, the facts, and the potential outcomes of not getting control of our government.

Every person who feels that government is out of control, should get out talk to their neighbors, research their politicians, write and call the ones in office, and finally use their vote to make the necessary changes in our country. When we are all awake, not just some, I will rest. It has become my personal goal to give the big picture to everyone I meet, regardless of their political affiliation. I have learned that many of the lefties that I know and call friends don't have any more info than the average righty. It is up to us to spread the message and inform our fellow Citizens. It is up to us to hold our Legislature and Congress responsible for their votes.

So, if you are like me and those others who are trepidatious about speaking to their left leaning friends, Stop and realize that it is necessary to the success of our State and Nation. It is time we quit sitting on the sidelines waiting for the Left to sell OUR NATION TO THE UNITED NATIONS OF LIBERAL COMMUNISIM.

TALK TO YOUR FRIENDS, TALK TO YOUR COWORKERS, TALK TO YOUR FELLOW FRATERNAL BROTHERS AND SISTERS, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY TALK TO YOUR FAMILY AND CHURCHES.

We will then and only then make that difference and cause America to WAKE UP!
